✔️ Own the life-cycle of scorecards: schema design, data contracts, cadence review.
✔️ ️Partner with DevEx and Platform engineers to instrument pipelines that collect DORA, reliability, security, and cost metrics for each microservice.
✔️ Run a regular (weekly/monthly) “data refresh” ritual: validate metrics with Engineering Managers and Heads, chase gaps, document ownership changes.
✔️ Publish clear, visual dashboards inside the IDP portal; highlight best and worst scores, and open follow-ups.
